The Tasman Forge door hardware collection has been designed to enhance any door; however, the range is especially suited to French doors and entrance doors where the elegance and timelessness of the handles enables them to complement any design statement.

Fundamental to our work is a meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process, using time honoured methods of blacksmithing and fine craftsmanship to create a truly unique finished piece.

All the handles in our collection are hand cut, hand forged, and finally hand finished to create a natural aged appearance. This process is what sets our handles apart from other mass produced products and as a result slight differences are inherent in each and every piece adding to the character and individual feel of our products.

Once installed, the effects of age, climate and touch will work together to create unique, contrasted colour variations. Close attention has been given, in particular, to residential building projects where the need for a product of distinction is paramount to complement the sophisticated and stylish work of the designers and architects who specify our handles.
